As the urban sounds fade, enjoy a scenic journey through Trinidad’s lush landscapes, heading toward the peaceful and captivating Caroni Bird Sanctuary nestled within the island’s vibrant wetlands.

3:00 pM –Discover Caroni Secrets

Arrive at the Caroni Visitors Centre and Broad Walk, where your journey begins with expert-led storytelling. Learn about the swamp’s rich biodiversity, its delicate mangrove ecosystems, and the vital role they play in coastal protection. Discover the behaviours, habitats, and symbolism of the majestic Scarlet Ibis, Trinidad’s national bird.

4:00 PM – Glide into Nature

Step aboard a flat-bottom boat and journey through the tranquil waterways of the Caroni Swamp. Surrounded by lush mangroves and diverse wildlife, guests may witness the rare Flamingo and the stunning Scarlet Ibis—Trinidad’s national bird—returning to roost.

5:00 PM –Savour the Journey

As the boat glides through the peaceful Caroni Swamp, guests indulge in a series of curated dishes from countries around the world. 6:00 PM – Scarlet Farewell
