1. Tour Booking Refund Policy
At Extravagant Tours, we pride ourselves on curating exceptional, high-quality experiences. Due to the nature of tour planning—including advance reservations, supplier arrangements, and logistical coordination—we maintain the following refund guidelines:
A. Local & Regional Tours
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date: 75% refund
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour date: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date: Non-refundable
No-shows on the tour day: Non-refundable
B. International Tours
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will be specified during the booking process.
Final payments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled tour departure.
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to departure may qualify for a partial refund, subject to third-party partner policies and administrative fees.
C. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
Extravagant Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to natural disasters, public emergencies, pandemics, travel bans, or conditions beyond our control. In such cases:
A credit note or rescheduled booking will be offered.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and may be subject to processing fees.
2. Product Return & Refund Policy
(Applies to travel gear, tour essentials, and cultural gifts purchased online)
We want you to love your purchase! However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it.
A. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
To initiate a return, please email moc.sruottnagavartxe@ofni with your order number and reason for return.
B. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (e.g., food items, herbal products)
Personalized/custom items
Sale or clearance items
Used or damaged items due to misuse
C. Refunds (Products)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Changes & Transfers (Tours)
Tour bookings may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur administrative or rescheduling fees.
